Question by mc96826: Why is it necessary to get shoes with arch support?
i wear alot of flat shoes like vans and nike sb’s…but since i work out i want running shoes which have arch support why is arch support necessary what happens when you have flat feet?

Arch supports are helpful in preventing plantar fascitis (spelling?). Believe me, you don’t want plantar fascitis.
